For high-density housing developments, narrow streets and small yards create a challenge for providing sewer, water, and storm pipes to function properly without running into each other. By utilizing 3d design and visualization, tight areas can be laid out to maximize buildable space with less maintenance.

	Apartment Buildings In a Multi-Family apartment complex, service can be provided from multiple public utilities. In this case, a stream bisected the complex, and each area stood alone for storm and sewer design, with the water line running under the creek. By master planning the project, we could ensure that all phases would have access to utilites as the buildings were constructed. Storm water was treated using natural bio-retention systems before it was released into the creek.
